Her home is an elegant villa close to the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam, in the plush Beethovenstraat neighborhood, the so called Gold Coast, full of trendy boutiques and  cozy restaurants. It is within walking distance from the congress center the RAI, musea and colorful street markets.

Xaviera offers several elegant B&B rooms: the David, the Goliath and the romantic Garden Chalet, rates from:
David: €100 per night per room
Goliath:  €115 per night per room
Chalet:  €125 per night per room
Minimum stay 2 nights. Rates include VAT tax, and continental breakfast. City of Amsterdam Tourist Tax is 5% additional.

Besides owning her magnificent villa she also manages this guest house like nobody else.  Xaviera Hollander is a renowned author, Penthouse columnist, legend, performer, raconteur, theatrical entrepreneur.The Happy Hooker herself will entertain you as a guest in her own inimitable style. The one thing to be certain of is that, when looking for a perfect hostess, who can compare to Xaviera? This woman is a true diva - and here it is, your opportunity  to spend a night or two at her house. With her way of life Xaviera attracts an interesting crowd to her accommodation, varying from a gay English actor to a Belgian  poet and  his mistress.

Private dinner and cocktail parties can be arranged with Xaviera and her chef, Philip who also happens to be her own loving husband.  Xaviera is very animal friendly, and owns a few small nice  dogs and cats. Not to worry, they don't come into the bedrooms;  if you're hyper allergic to dogs or cats you should know and bring your anti-allergy medications.
